If you need a great addition to your board of directors, Oak & Associates can be your answer!  We now offer our services of serving as a board member to our clients, on a selective basis.  By selective we would not be on the board of two agencies that compete or are from the same general area of California. 

Cost and Time Offered
 
Whether your firm meets monthly or quarterly, cost is $500 per meeting plus travel expenses, if necessary.  This charge includes some time to prepare or discuss issues on the phone or in person.
 
We have a unique perspective on insurance agencies and have literally worked with thousands over the years.  Being on your board will allow you to pick our brains on many issues in your agency, without having to do a project or make a lot of calls to us, we are there every time you meet.
 
Annually cost would be $2,500 for four meetings and access to us for phone calls and some preparation.  If your firm meets monthly cost would be around $5,500, plus expenses.
